May Day March Video

I almost forgot that I had uploaded the video for the May Day March, so here you go before I actually forget. I think it turned out pretty well as a basic outlook of the march. Enjoy.

As you all may know, the Sierra Marketplace is one of the many eateries on campus. They sell a variety of foods, such as deli sandwiches, pizzas, freshly cooked pasta, Chinese food and more.

With so many varieties for students to choose from to satisfy their hunger when they’re on campus, the food needs to be somewhat flavorful. Even though the prices students pay aren’t a staggering amount, they should still get their monies worth.

Earth Day – 112/365

Happy Earth Day!

Today I had lunch with Kanie, who’s Grecia’s childhood friend and my future roommate. Grecia IMed me last weekend, saying that her friend Kanie is going to live in the dorms next year, and she doesn’t want bad roommates. This Saturday is the roommate selection day, and we have decided to meet up in person before we do the whole process. It was nice meeting up with her. She and I have quite a number of things in common, especially with stuffed toys, hence the squirrel! Today was also the Earth Fair event at school, and they were giving out free stuff — the squirrel being one of them, so I went to get one. Isn’t it cute?! I have yet to name it.

My long awaited opinion article about the food in Sierra Marketplace is finally published onto the Daily Sundial! I’m very happy about how it turned out. Many thanks to Eileen, the opinion editor, for helping me with it, too.

Here’s the online edition of my story and photos:
