Katsu Don
I came back home from work, and my brother wanted to go out to eat, so my brother, his friend Michael and I went to Tamaya. I wasn’t really in the mood for ramen, especially since the bowls they serve the ramen in are usually pretty big. So I ordered Katsu Don, which is a fried pork cutlet with rice. They also came with a side of miso soup and salad, so that was nice. The bowl of Katsu Don was actually a pretty big bowl, too, and I didn’t even get to finish it! I bet that’s going to be my dinner at work tomorrow, though. At least I hope so because I don’t want my brother to eat it. Anyway, I was satisfied that I got Katsu Don since it tasted pretty good. I would definitely order it again if I’m in the mood for some.

Seafood Ramen
Aw, I wish I have this seafood ramen for lunch right now since I don’t know what to eat. Anyway, this is the last of my recaps, so after this entry, everything will be relatively up to date. My brother and his friend Michael seems to really like Tamaya, so I don’t know how many times we went there already. I do try to order something different every time I go there, though, so I ordered this seafood ramen. Oddly enough, they also added some pork into it, but as for seafood, they have clams, squid and shrimp. The broth that they have came with was miso, and it compliments everything else nicely. I would order it again if I were in the mood for seafood.

Pre-Graduation Dinner
Alright, time to rewind again. (Nikki, this is the last entry before graduation photos since I’m sure you can’t wait to see them due to your previous comment.) So, on the Sunday before my graduation, Demi wanted to celebrate my graduation by having a dinner out somewhere, and Katia (Kitz!) even came! We went to eat at Tamaya Ramen since we had talked about ramen before and all that, and I thought that this would be the first time I would trying such ramen, but I had some before with my brother. I even wrote about it here, the very same day that my laptop decided to die on me. Haha. (And ew, I always look so bad in my photos, like D:, but the waiter who took the photo wasn’t bad in composition, I’d have to say!)
I said that I would have the Clam Ramen the next time I come here, and that was what I ordered that next time. I don’t even remember how many clams were there, but as you can tell, there were a lot of them! The ramen itself was very light flavored, but it was just the right touch, so it wasn’t bland or anything. For someone who likes clams, such as myself, it was worth it.
