Checkers Club – 111/365

It has been over a month since I have eaten at the Sierra Marketplace, and I have strayed away from it because I was very unpleased by what I have eaten in the earlier months. I even wrote an article about it on the Daily Sundial about it, and it will be published tomorrow! I am very excited about it. I will definitely share it with you guys.

But back to what I was saying, I went back to the Sierra Marketplace today because I was feeling hungry. Hardly anything sounded appealing. I knew I wanted something light but flavorful at the same time, so I pondered for a good while. I finally decided on this panini sandwich called Checkers Club. It had turkey breast, tomatoes, provolone cheese, bacon bits and mayonnaise in between flatbread. The flavor was actually not bad! Well, if the school failed at making this, I would be concerned, but I really enjoyed the panini sandwich. It surely was light tasting, and it was enough to make myself full. What was even more awesome is that they used real bacon, and you can’t really go wrong with bacon. Nom om om.
