Halloween
Since Halloween was yesterday, I figured I should blog about it first. So after my dentist appointment in the morning, I went to hang out with Sherry, Sophia, Shirley and Joanne for the rest of the day. We first went to Ralph’s to buy all the food we wanted for barbeque, and Sherry bought a whole lot of drinks. Haha. Then Sherry drove us up to the San Gabriel Mountains.
We got ourselves a table where there was a grill set up for people who wanted to barbecue. This is where we got ourselves a table to sit down and set up what we had. Shirley didn’t want to look at the camera because she was trying to get her 99 cents tiara from the package.
Here’s Shirley showing off her 99 cents tiara. Haha. She was also known as Princess Shirley for the day!
Sherry’s 21st Birthday, Part 1 – Huntington Beach
Thinzar, Joanne, Kevin, Sherry and I went to Huntington Beach last Friday to celebrate Sherry’s 21st birthday. Before then, I haven’t seen Sherry since the end of high school, and that was three years ago! It was nice to see her doing well, and the beach was beautiful. The weather was just nice and breezy, so it was actually not that hot. Can you guess which canopy in the photo is ours?
The most left one is ours. You can kind of tell that we were setting it up. Well, everyone but me, since I went to take the photo. Our canopy looked a lot worse beforehand, though, and we joked about how we should make people guess which one is ours. These two random little girls even came to help us. It was so nice of them to do so.
Sherry being Sherry. If you know Sherry, then you know what is she trying to do. Or you can just try to figure out what is she trying to do. Haha.
It was very soon that we found out that we can’t have a grill because our grill tops are too small, so we tried to find ways to have it working. We found hangers around the beach and tried to bend it to see if we could work it out, but nope…
