A couple of people in the newsroom were joking around about the swine flu that has been circulating on the news lately. I didn’t hear all of it, but it was pretty ridiculously funny at the things they were saying. After the jokes, Chelsea wrote this in front of her office.

Jonathan and I also got our Flickr (Blurb, rather) books last Friday, so Jonathan gave me my copy today, and it looks awesome! I’m happy about how it turned out. The photos were all in high resolution and the way we saw it in the program. Now I just have to remember to ask Jonathan to import the completed book file, so I can upload the book onto my Blurb account. Then people have access to preview and buy it as they please.

Professor Blumekrantz told us if we make a photo essay layout on Adobe Photoshop and pay him $3, he would help us print it out at Costco and display it in the cases on the first floor of Manzanita Hall. So, that’s what Jonathan and I did last Tuesday night with the deadline at 11 p.m. It turned out nicely, though. Thanks to Jonathan! We spent a good while finding the right alignment between the images, too. Haha.
